Method
 

Dough Preparation

Filling and Shaping
  1. Roll the risen dough into a rectangle, around ½-inch thick.
  2. Spread softened unsalted butter over the surface, followed by brown sugar and ground cinnamon mixture.
  3. Roll the dough tightly from one long side to the other and slice into 12 even pieces.
  4. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish.
Rising and Baking
  1. Cover rolls and let them rise for an additional 30 minutes.
