Step-by-Step Instructions for Baked Boursin Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking dish by greasing it lightly with olive oil or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half of the olive oil or melted butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pat the salmon fillets dry, place them skin-side down in the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil or melted butter, and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over the seasoned salmon fillets.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, until the salmon is flaky and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Allow the salmon to rest for 2 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
