Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley optional

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges, about 8 wedges per potato.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to create a marinade.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the marinade.
  5. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the wedges.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot.
