Cooking Steps
- Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, typically around 15 minutes, and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, cook for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Season the turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Stir in red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in half of the Bang Bang sauce and toss to coat.
