Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil Any neutral oil works.
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce Use tamari for gluten-free.

For the Rice Base
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice Can substitute with brown or cauliflower rice.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used.
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha Sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice Lemon juice is a substitute.
For the Vegetables
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper Seasonal veggies like snap peas can be swapped.
  • 1 cup Carrots Cut into thin strips.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Other green veggies can be used.
For Garnishing
  • 2 scallions Green Onions Chopped.
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional.

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions, typically around 15 minutes, and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet, cook for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up as it cooks.
  5. Season the turkey with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Stir in red bell pepper, carrots, and broccoli, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  7. Pour in half of the Bang Bang sauce and toss to coat.
  8. Assemble bowls with a portion of jasmine rice topped with turkey and vegetable mix.
  9. Drizzle remaining Bang Bang sauce over the bowls and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
