For Assembly
  • 6 pieces Kabob Skewers Soak them in water prior to assembly.

Method
 

Preparation and Assembly
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  2. Take soaked kabob skewers and add a dollop of cheesecake mixture, followed by a strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
  3. Place assembled kabobs on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from refrigerator and serve immediately. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate or serve with a fruity dipping sauce.
