Preparation and Assembly
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Take soaked kabob skewers and add a dollop of cheesecake mixture, followed by a strawberry, blueberry, and blackberry. Repeat until the skewer is filled.
- Place assembled kabobs on a tray, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and serve immediately. Optionally drizzle with melted chocolate or serve with a fruity dipping sauce.
