Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again lightly.
  5. Chill the fruit salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
