Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Gently fold blueberries into the wet mixture, then gradually add the dry mixture. Stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into balls about 1 inch in diameter. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Refrigerate the tray for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Transfer bites to an airtight container, store in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
