Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice baguette into ½-inch thick pieces, arrange on a baking sheet, and brush both sides with olive oil. Bake for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. Allow toasted baguette slices to cool for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese onto each crostini.
  5. Top each with a handful of fresh arugula.
  6. Add a slice of prosciutto on top of the arugula.
  7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over each crostini just before serving.
