Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and cauliflower florets.
  2. Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon, and sunflower seeds to the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
