Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Bruschetta Pizza
  1. In a small bowl, combine freshly grated garlic with extra-virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and let sit to infuse while preheating the oven.
  2. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C), placing your pizza stone or a baking sheet inside to heat up for at least 30 minutes.
  3. On lightly floured parchment paper, roll out the pizza dough into a 12 to 14-inch round, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Brush the garlic oil over the rolled-out dough, covering the edges. Distribute mozzarella cheese evenly across the top.
  5. Transfer the assembled pizza to the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet and bake for 10 to 14 minutes until golden brown.
