- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside. 
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. 
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until well combined. 
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. 
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. 
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the brownie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie. 
- Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with about a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture. 
- Top each cookie with a few chocolate chips. 
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
