In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the brownie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with about a teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture.
Top each cookie with a few chocolate chips.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
