Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
  2. In serving bowls, layer the cooked brown rice as the base.
  3. Top the rice with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Add chopped romaine lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
  5. Drizzle ranch dressing over the bowls and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
