Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start with 1 cup of unsalted butter at room temperature. Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until creamy and smooth.
  2. For Pomegranate Butter, mix in 2 tablespoons of honey, 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds, and 1/4 cup of chopped almonds.
  3. For Cinnamon Butter, combine 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  4. For Blackberry Butter, add 1/2 cup of blackberries and 1/4 cup of chopped pecans.
  5. For Chive Butter, fold in 1/4 cup of chives and 1 teaspoon of dried herbs.
  6. For Garlic Butter, mix in 2 tablespoons of roasted garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of cracked black pepper.
  7. Transfer each butter variation to a serving board or ramekins.
  8. Garnish with herbs or nuts before serving with an assortment of breads and fruits.
