Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, light brown sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and chosen chai spices. Fold this dry mixture into the wet mixture.
  4. Pour the thick batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and enough milk for a smooth glaze. Drizzle over the cooled bread.
