- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a standard loaf pan lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh rosemary, fresh parsley, dried oregano, dried thyme, crushed garlic, and olive oil to make the herb mixture.
- In another large bowl, whisk together plain flour, baking soda, and cooking salt until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, and eggs until smooth, then add melted unsalted butter.
- Create a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour a third of your batter into the prepared loaf pan, layer with herb mixture and cheese, repeating twice more.
