Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or ground turkey/chicken
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Monterey Jack
  • 28 oz French Fries any preferred style
  • 1 medium Diced Yellow Onion or green onions
  • 1 can Cheddar Cheese Soup or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or cream of celery
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic or fresh garlic
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Pickle Juice optional but recommended
For the Burger Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Dehydrated Onions

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned and onions are translucent. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese soup and cream of mushroom soup; cook for about 3-5 minutes until well combined and heated through.
  4. Grease a 7x11 inch casserole dish. Transfer the beef and soup mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
  5. Layer crispy French fries evenly over the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the fries.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Mix together mayonnaise, yellow mustard, ketchup, pickle juice, and dehydrated onions in a small bowl.
  9. Remove casserole from oven, drizzle with burger sauce, and serve warm.
