Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF (175ºC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, diced green chilies, cheddar cheese, red onion, bell pepper, sour cream, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne. Mix until creamy.
  3. Spread the cheesy filling mixture on each tortilla, roll tightly, and slice into five pieces.
  4. Place the slices cut-side up on the baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Switch oven to broil and broil for an additional 5 minutes until crispy.
  6. Mix sour cream and basil pesto in a bowl for the dipping sauce.
  7. Allow the antojitos to cool slightly, then serve with the dipping sauce.
