  1. Preheat your oven to 180ºC (350ºF). Gather all your ingredients and equipment, including a baking dish and a baking sheet.
  2. Toss the cubed potatoes in a bowl with olive oil and salt, then spread them on a baking sheet. Roast for about 30 minutes until crispy.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, then stir in minced garlic.
