Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, chopped spinach, sliced mushrooms, cream cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. Pour the chicken broth over the top to keep the dish moist while baking.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
