Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed.
Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth.
Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into strips or desired shapes.
Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
