- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well. 
- Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until evenly distributed. 
- Add the milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients, mixing until a soft dough forms. 
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute until smooth. 
- Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into strips or desired shapes. 
- Place the dough pieces on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley if using. 
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. 
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
