Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then bake for 20-25 minutes until 165°F or sauté for 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest before dicing.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet with sautéed garlic. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, place a portion of the cheesy chicken filling in the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from skillet, let them sit for 1-2 minutes, then optionally sprinkle with parsley, slice in half, and serve warm.
