- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then bake for 20-25 minutes until 165°F or sauté for 6-7 minutes per side. Let it rest before dicing.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for about 30 seconds, until fragrant but not browned.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet with sautéed garlic. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until it melts.
- Lay out a tortilla, place a portion of the cheesy chicken filling in the center, fold in the sides, and roll tightly.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
