  • 2-3 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup cheese mozzarella, cheddar, or pepper jack
For the Wraps
  • 4 large tortillas gluten-free or whole wheat
  • 1 tablespoon butter for pan-frying
For Seasoning
  • salt & pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare chicken by cooking and dicing into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil, add minced garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until golden brown.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet, toss with olive oil and garlic, then stir in cheese until melted.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add chicken mixture, fold in sides, and roll tightly to secure.
  5. In the skillet, melt butter, cook wraps seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden, flip and repeat.
  6. Let wraps rest for 1-2 minutes, garnish with parsley if desired, slice in half, and serve.
