- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended. 
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. 
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. 
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter. 
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. 
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack. 
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
