- Grease an 8x8 inch pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Add 4 cups of mini marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Quickly stir in 6 cups of Rice Krispies until well coated.
- Add 1 cup of shredded coconut and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press down firmly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cutting into squares.
