- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and combine with granulated and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until frothy.
- Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the wet mixture and fold until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 27-33 minutes until edges are set.
- Heat cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Whisk until smooth for the ganache.
- Once brownies are cool, pour ganache over top and let it set at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of ganache and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set completely.
- Lift brownies out of the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy.
