Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and combine with granulated and brown sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until frothy.
  3. Sift cocoa powder, flour, and salt into the wet mixture and fold until just combined.
  4. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 27-33 minutes until edges are set.
  5. Heat cream until simmering, then pour over chopped chocolate. Whisk until smooth for the ganache.
  6. Once brownies are cool, pour ganache over top and let it set at room temperature for 10 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of ganache and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set completely.
  8. Lift brownies out of the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy.
