Baking Instructions

- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, protein powder, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together coconut flour, cocoa powder, and salt until no lumps remain.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture gradually until fully combined, but do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove the brownies from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Cut into squares.
