  1. Pour about 6 cups of Cinnamon Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  2. Add 12 ounces of candy melts or white chocolate to a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth (1-2 minutes total).
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 0.5 teaspoon grated nutmeg, 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves, and 0.25 teaspoon allspice into the melted chocolate.
  4. Pour the chocolate mixture over the reserved Cinnamon Chex cereal, gently folding to coat each piece.
