Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle cranberry sauce or dried cranberries over the cream cheese layer, followed by crumbled feta.
  5. Scatter chopped fresh herbs over the cranberry and feta layers.
  6. Roll the pastry tightly from one long edge to form a log, ensuring even size.
  7. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them cut side up on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with egg wash made from beaten egg mixed with water.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
