Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine, shrimp, and crab meat to the skillet. Toss to combine and heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Serve immediately.
