  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or preferred melting cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese or mild cheddar
Flavor
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes re-hydrated in oil for extra flavor
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil dried basil can be used if fresh is unavailable
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes optional, use to taste
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Binding Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or oil from sun-dried tomatoes

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, oregano, kosher salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes to the bowl. Stir until evenly combined.
