  • 8 oz Pasta shells can replace with penne or rigatoni
For the Filling
  • 1 lb Lump crab meat imitation crab can be used
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese for topping
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
For the Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  3. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Fold in lump crab meat and heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring gently.
  5. Mix cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Gently combine the crab mixture with the pasta, being careful not to break the crab.
  7. Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly, and add more mozzarella on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.
