Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced kielbasa and cook for 4 to 5 minutes until browned.
  2. Stir in broccoli florets and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until bright green and slightly softened.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, add Italian seasoning, then let simmer.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cook until melted and creamy.
  6. Return kielbasa to the skillet, tossing to combine in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
  7. Stir in butter and let it melt, simmering for 2 to 3 minutes until heated through.
