  • 2 oz Brewed Espresso Alternatively use Cold Brew Concentrate (5 oz)

  • 3/4 cup Oat Milk Preferably full-fat
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Use a generous handful

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Base: In a mason jar, add the horchata syrup and brewed espresso or cold brew concentrate.
  2. Add Ice and Shake: Add ice cubes to the jar, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  3. Fill the Glass with Ice: Grab a tall glass and fill it with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Strain the mixture from the mason jar over the ice in your tall glass.
  5. Top with Oat Milk: Pour 3/4 cup of full-fat oat milk over the strained mixture.
  6. Customize and Serve: Optionally drizzle horchata syrup on top before serving.
