Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add chicken breasts, season, and cook for about 7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle boil, stir in Parmesan and parsley, and simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in sauce, adjusting seasoning if needed.
  5. Add zucchini noodles to the skillet, toss gently to coat, and cook an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
