Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by thoroughly washing your large potatoes under cold water to remove any dirt.
  2. Slice the potatoes into uniform 1/2 cm thickness, and set aside for soaking.
  3. Place the potato slices into a bowl of cold water and soak for about 10–15 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  4. Transfer the dried potato slices into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle garlic granules, dried mixed herbs, and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Arrange potato slices in a single layer in the basket. Cook for about 18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness. If they need more time, return to fryer for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from fryer and serve hot as a snack or side dish.
