Steps
  1. Start by placing your refrigerated tortellini in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Soak for about 3 minutes until they soften slightly, then drain well.
  2. In the same bowl, add the drained tortellini back in, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
  4. Place the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the timer for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crisping.
  5. Once cooked, transfer to a warm oven at 200°F (93°C) if preparing in batches. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
