- Start by placing your refrigerated tortellini in a large bowl and pour boiling water over them. Soak for about 3 minutes until they soften slightly, then drain well.
- In the same bowl, add the drained tortellini back in, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to coat.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. Spray the basket lightly with cooking spray.
- Place the seasoned tortellini in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set the timer for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through for even crisping.
- Once cooked, transfer to a warm oven at 200°F (93°C) if preparing in batches. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
