Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Pat your chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
- Combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a smaller bowl. Pour over chicken wings and toss thoroughly.
- Lay the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
- Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until skin is crisp and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- While the wings bake, melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Transfer the roasted wings to a large bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over them, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes
For best results, pat wings dry and refrigerate seasoned wings for 1-2 hours before baking to improve crispiness.
