Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Pat your chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a smaller bowl. Pour over chicken wings and toss thoroughly.
  4. Lay the coated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.
  5. Roast the wings for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through until skin is crisp and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
  6. While the wings bake, melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  7. Transfer the roasted wings to a large bowl and drizzle the garlic butter over them, tossing to coat.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve immediately.
