Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and brush the rack lightly with olive oil.
  2. Finely grate the carrots and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the grated carrots, cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion, seasoned salt, and pepper until just combined.
  4. Portion out about 1.5 tablespoons of the mixture, roll each into a ball, and place them on the greased air fryer rack.
  5. Cook the carrot tots in the air fryer for 6-8 minutes, checking halfway for even browning.
