Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Press the tofu by wrapping in paper towels and placing under a weight for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Coat tofu cubes with cornstarch.
  4. Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and sesame oil.
  5. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Toss the fried tofu in the honey garlic sauce to coat.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
