  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated works best
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika can be swapped for garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper optional, try lemon pepper for freshness

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pat dry the cauliflower florets. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl and pour over cauliflower, tossing gently to coat.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan, paprika, and black pepper over the cauliflower and toss to combine.
  5. Arrange coated florets in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in the air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or air fry, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving warm with dipping sauce.
