Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized cubes, and dry each cube with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place the steak cubes in the slow cooker, then pour the marinade over them and stir gently to coat.
  4. Cut the butter into small pieces and sprinkle it over the steak and marinade.
  5. Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2–3 hours until fork-tender.
  6. Gently stir the steak bites and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.

Notes
