- Begin by shredding your cooked chicken, preferably using rotisserie chicken for convenience. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with ranch dressing, garlic powder, and paprika, ensuring a uniform coat of flavor. Slice the turkey ham into manageable pieces.
