- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C) or set up your dehydrator or air fryer.
- Wash and thoroughly dry the fresh cucumbers. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Toss the sliced cucumbers in the ranch coating until thoroughly coated and let marinate for 5-10 minutes.
- Arrange cucumber slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Optionally brush with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1.5 to 2 hours, flipping halfway until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet before serving.
