Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Frozen S'mores
  1. Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring some overhangs for easy removal later.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix, whole milk, and Cool Whip until smooth and thick—about 2 minutes.
  3. Evenly lay half of the graham crackers in a single layer across the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Spread the chocolate pudding mixture over the graham crackers and refrigerate for about 20 minutes to set.
  4. In another bowl, beat the room-temperature cream cheese with the marshmallow fluff until smooth. Incorporate the remaining Cool Whip and a pinch of salt, mixing until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate layer evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining graham crackers, pressing them down slightly.
  7. Cover the dish with foil and freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift the bars out using the parchment overhang, cut into 12 squares, and allow to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving.
