  • 1 box Brownie Mix Any store-bought mix works!
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Fresh or frozen can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry Jam Feel free to substitute with your favorite fruit jam
For Optional Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips For a double chocolate experience
  • 1 cup Additional Raspberries Press them into the top before baking

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat the inside of the baking pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions, whisking until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in 1 cup of fresh raspberries.
  4. Drop 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam into the batter and gently swirl it in.
  5. Press additional raspberries into the top of the brownie batter.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes and perform a toothpick test.
  7. Allow brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
