  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets skinless salmon can be used
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream Cheese can substitute goat cheese or mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons Everything But the Bagel Seasoning adjust to taste
For the Vegetables and Potatoes
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes halve or quarter for even cooking
  • 2 cups Fresh Vegetables e.g., Green Beans, Broccoli, Asparagus
For Drizzling and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil avocado oil is a good alternative
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Pat the salmon dry and place it in the center of the sheet pan.
  4. Spread whipped cream cheese over the top of the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning generously over the salmon.
  6. Arrange halved baby potatoes and fresh vegetables around the salmon.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and vegetables, and season with sea salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
  9. Optionally, toss green beans with garlic powder or lemon zest before baking.
  10. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
