Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of flour, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.
  3. Grate or cut 0.5 cups of cold butter into small pieces and mix into the dry ingredients until coarse crumbs form.
  4. Gently fold in 1 cup of blueberries into the dry mixture, being careful not to crush them.
  5. Add 0.75 cups of cold milk and stir until the dough just comes together without overmixing.
