  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar Sift before use for a smooth filling.

  • 3 tablespoons Milk Whole milk works best for creamy consistency.
For the Coloring

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Line 48 mini muffin cups with parchment paper liners.
  2. Break 16 ounces of milk chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave.
  3. Spoon a thin layer of melted chocolate into each muffin cup.
  4. In a stand mixer, combine butter and corn syrup, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, salt, and milk.
  5. Add food coloring to one-third of the filling until vibrant orange.
  6. Pipe the white filling into each muffin cup, adding a dollop of colored filling on top.
  7. Cover with remaining melted chocolate and smooth the tops.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is set.
