Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Combine ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, fresh parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into oval patties about six inches long and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the kofta in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dried mint until smooth to prepare the sauce.
