Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat for 5–7 minutes, then drain excess fat.
  3. If using, sauté diced onions with the beef for 3–4 minutes, then add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in French onion soup and cream of mushroom or onion soup. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
  5. Fold in the cooked rice, ensuring even distribution throughout the mixture.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
  8. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.
